NO. We work with Success Fee, whereby we will receive a percentage (which we will determine initially) of the candidate's Gross Annual Remuneration ONLY in the event that the candidate we present is hired.
We commit to send an initial shortlist (usually consisting of 3-5 candidates in Target with your requirements) after interviewing (technical + motivational screening to make sure there is a good match) all candidates individually, in an average of 2/4 weeks.
